False Albcore (Euthynnus alletteratus) arrive in late August and are most prevelant in September. Their propper name is Little Tunny and are also referred to as Alberts, Albies, and in some southern areas Bonito. Albies have wavy worm like lines on their upper sides and several black dots located around and below the pectoral fin. Typicaly found in fast moving water or areas with ubundant bait. Like Bonito they prefer smaller food due to the size of their mouth.
